Medere for neuroscience

The Santa Lucia IRCCS foundation hosted the 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝗶𝘇: 𝗹𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘇𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗼 𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲 initiative.

A day dedicated to sharing projects that have seen research in neuroscience express itself in technological devices, systems and innovative products at the service of people.

Marco Mannisi from Medere has brought his experience by presenting the progress of the PASSO project which integrates pressure sensors and IMU ( Inertial Measurement Unit) in a corrective orthopedic insole to monitor postural alterations and neurodegenerative pathologies.

This initiative was made possible by the collaboration between various research institutes and universities: Sapienza University of Rome, University of Rome Tor Vergata, University of L’Aquila, University of Rome Foro Italico, with the collaboration of the Lazio Region.
