Terms and conditions of sale
The offer and sale of products on our website (“medere.it”) and on the MEDERE app are governed by these General Conditions of Sale. The products purchased on medere.it or on the MEDERE app are sold directly by MEDERE SRL. If you need further information, contact our customer service at the email address support@medere.it.
How to conclude the contract with Medere
To conclude the purchase contract for one or more products on medere.it, you must fill out the order form in electronic format and send it to MEDERE SRL electronically by following the relevant instructions in the MEDERE app or on the website (“medere.it”). The order form contains a link to the General Conditions of Sale and information on the essential characteristics of each product ordered and the relative price (including all applicable taxes or duties). The contract is concluded when MEDERE SRL receives, electronically, your order form, after verifying the correctness of the data relating to your order. Before proceeding with the purchase of the products, by paying for the order form, you will be asked to carefully read the General conditions of Sale. Furthermore, you will be asked to confirm acceptance by selecting the corresponding field during the payment phase of the order. The order form will be stored in our database for the period of time necessary to process the orders and in any case within the terms of the law. Before proceeding with the transmission of the order form, you will also be asked to identify and correct any errors in data entry. Once the contract is concluded, MEDERE SRL will take charge of your purchase order. In the event that the information transmitted to MEDERE SRL is incomplete or incorrect, we will inform you by email that the contract has not been concluded specifying the reasons. Furthermore, we will provide you with all the information necessary to complete your purchase order. If the products presented on medere.it or on the app are no longer available or on sale at the time of your last access to the site or when you send the order form, MEDERE SRL will inform you promptly and in any case within thirty (30) days from the day following the day on which you sent your order to MEDERE SRL, of the possible unavailability of the products ordered. MEDERE SRL will refund the amount you have already paid. By paying for the order form, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe, in your dealings with MEDERE SRL, these General conditions of Sale and the additional information contained therein, including those referred to via links, including the General conditions of use e Privacy policy. If you do not agree with some of the terms set out in the General Conditions of Sale, we invite you not to complete the purchase of products on medere.it. Once the contract has been concluded, MEDERE SRL will send you, by email, a receipt of the purchase order, containing a summary of the information already contained in the order form (General Conditions of Sale, information relating to the essential characteristics of the product and the detailed indication of the price). In any case, the customer is invited to download and print a copy of the purchase form and of these General Conditions of Sale, the terms of which MEDERE SRL reserves the right to modify unilaterally and without notice.
Product guarantees and features
Only original and quality products are offered for sale on medere.it. These products are made directly by MEDERE SRL at its own company where rigorous controls guarantee their quality. The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the shop page of medere.it and on the MEDERE app within each product sheet (reachable in the model selection screen by clicking on more information). The images and colors of the products offered for sale may however not correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used. Product prices may be subject to updates. Make sure of the final sale price before sending the relevant order form.
Secure
To pay the price of the products and the related shipping costs, you can follow one of the methods indicated in the order form. In case of payment by credit card, the financial information (for example, the credit/debit card number or its expiration date) will be collected, via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted protocol, by Pay Pal, or Satispay, suppliers of the related remote electronic payment services. If the customer pays via PayPal or Satispay, the privacy policies available on the corresponding websites apply (www.paypal.com e www.satispay.com), which describes how payment service providers collect, store, process, share and transfer personal data for the use of their services. Credit card information will never be viewed by MEDERE SRL. Payment information will be used by MEDERE SRL only to complete the procedures relating to your purchase, to issue the related refunds and if necessary to prevent or report to the police the commission of fraud on medere.it. The price for the purchase of the products, as indicated in the order form, will be charged to your credit/debit card at the time of the order.
Shipping and delivery of products
Shipping Cost
Transport in Italy is paid by MEDERE SRL. For shipments abroad a surcharge, to be assessed based on the country of shipment, will be applied and added to the original price of the product. If you wish to receive the product abroad, please contact us by email at support@medere.it, by providing us with information on the destination address and in a short time, a shipping cost estimate will be provided to you.
Delivery Times
The times indicated for delivery terms are merely indicative and are in no way binding for MEDERE SRL. The following are the processing times for the order with validated payment: 1/5 working days are needed for processing the order + 2/5 working days for Transport = Total delivery time 3/10 working days. The weekend (Saturday and Sunday) is not considered for the calculation of processing and transport days.

Right of withdrawal and refund
Our customized and tailor-made products are carefully checked before being shipped. Pursuant to art. 59 Legislative Decree no. 21/2014, we hereby inform you that the right of withdrawal referred to in articles 52 to 58 for distance contracts and contracts negotiated outside commercial premises is excluded in relation to the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized. However, MEDERE SRL will in any case provide support for any problems relating to its products through the assistance service. In particular, within 14 days of receiving the product, the customer who encounters problems must send an e-mail to support@medere.it or you can also contact MEDERE SRL by calling (+39) 3519143099. The email must clearly state the reason for the request for assistance with clear photographic evidence of the problem, as well as the customer's personal data. MEDERE SRL will carry out the necessary checks. In the event that the checks are concluded positively, or it is ascertained that the problem is due to a manufacturing defect attributable to MEDERE SRL, we will resolve the problem by replacing the product or, if replacement is not possible, by activating the refund procedures.
For non-customized products MEDERE SRL will provide support for any problem relating to its products through the assistance service. In particular, within 14 days of receiving the product, the customer who encounters problems or who wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal must send an email to support@medere.it or contact MEDERE SRL by calling (+39) 3519143099. The email or message must clearly state the reason for the request for assistance with clear photographic evidence of the problem, as well as the customer's personal data. MEDERE SRL will carry out the necessary checks and resolve the problem encountered. In the event of the right of withdrawal, the customer will have to bear the costs of returning the product and MEDERE SRL will refund the payment made, i.e. the purchase costs and any standard delivery costs for the products.

Applicable law and dispute resolution
The General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 on distance contracts and by Legislative Decree 9 April 2003 n. 70 on certain aspects concerning electronic commerce. In the event of disputes between MEDERE SRL and each end user, arising from the General Conditions of Sale, the competent court is that of Rome.
Editing and updating
The General Conditions of Sale are modified from time to time also in consideration of any regulatory changes. The new General Conditions of Sale will be effective from the date of publication on medere.it.
