    Terms and conditions of sale

    The offer and sale of products on our website ("medere.it") and the MEDERE app are governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Products purchased on medere.it or the MEDERE app are sold directly by MEDERE SRL. If you require further information, please contact our customer service team at support@medere.it.

    How to conclude the contract with Medere

    To complete a purchase agreement for one or more products on medere.it, you must complete the electronic order form and send it to MEDERE SRL electronically by following the instructions in the MEDERE app or on the website (“medere.it”). The order form contains a link to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and information on the essential characteristics of each product ordered and the corresponding price (including all applicable taxes or duties). The contract is concluded when MEDERE SRL receives your order form electronically, after verifying the accuracy of your order information. Before purchasing the products by paying for the order form, you will be asked to carefully read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale . You will also be asked to confirm your acceptance by selecting the appropriate field during the order payment process. The order form will be stored in our database for the period of time necessary to process the orders and in any case as required by law. Before submitting the order form, you will also be asked to identify and correct any data entry errors. Once the contract is concluded, MEDERE SRL will process your purchase order. If the information provided to MEDERE SRL is incomplete or incorrect, we will inform you by email that the contract has not been concluded, specifying the reasons. Furthermore, we will provide you with all the information necessary to complete your purchase order. If the products displayed on medere.it or the app are no longer available or on sale at the time of your last access to the site or submission of the order form, MEDERE SRL will promptly inform you of the unavailability of the products ordered, and in any case within thirty (30) days from the day after you submitted your order to MEDERE SRL. MEDERE SRL will refund the amount already paid. By paying for the order form, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe, in your dealings with MEDERE SRL, these General Conditions of Sale and the additional information contained therein, including those referred to via links, including the General Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy . If you do not agree with any of the terms set forth in the General Conditions of Sale, we invite you not to complete the purchase of products on medere.it. Once the contract is concluded, MEDERE SRL will send you, by email, a receipt of the purchase order, containing a summary of the information already contained in the order form (General Conditions of Sale, information relating to the essential characteristics of the product, and a detailed indication of the price). However, the customer is invited to download and print a copy of the purchase form and these General Conditions of Sale, the terms of which MEDERE SRL reserves the right to modify unilaterally and without notice.

    Product guarantees and features

    Only original and quality products are offered for sale on medere.it. These products are made directly by MEDERE SRL at its own company where rigorous controls guarantee their quality. The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the shop page of medere.it and on the MEDERE app within each product sheet (reachable in the model selection screen by clicking on more information). The images and colors of the products offered for sale may however not correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used. Product prices may be subject to updates. Make sure of the final sale price before sending the relevant order form.

    Payments

    To pay for the products and shipping costs, you can use one of the methods indicated on the order form. If paying by credit card, your financial information (for example, your credit/debit card number or expiration date) will be collected via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption by PayPal or Satispay, providers of the relevant remote electronic payment services. If you pay via PayPal or Satispay, the privacy policies found on their respective websites ( www.paypal.com and www.satispay.com ) apply, which describe how the payment service providers collect, store, process, share, and transfer personal data for the use of their services. Your credit card information will never be viewed by MEDERE SRL. Your payment information will be used by MEDERE SRL only to complete your purchase, issue refunds, and when necessary to prevent or report fraud on medere.it to the police. The price for the purchase of the products, as indicated in the order form, will be charged to your credit/debit card at the time of the order.

    Shipping and delivery of products

    Shipping Cost

    Shipping within Italy is covered by MEDERE SRL. For shipments abroad, a surcharge, based on the country of shipment, will be applied and added to the original price of the product. If you wish to receive the product abroad, please contact us by email at support@medere.it , providing the destination address and we will promptly provide you with a shipping quote.

    Delivery Times

    The times indicated for delivery terms are merely indicative and are in no way binding for MEDERE SRL. The following are the processing times for the order with validated payment: 1/5 working days are needed for processing the order + 2/5 working days for Transport = Total delivery time 3/10 working days. The weekend (Saturday and Sunday) is not considered for the calculation of processing and transport days.

    Right of withdrawal and refund

    Our customized and made-to-measure products are carefully inspected before shipping. Pursuant to Article 59 of Legislative Decree No. 21/2014, we hereby inform you that the right of withdrawal referred to in Articles 52 to 58 for distance contracts and contracts negotiated outside of business premises is excluded for the supply of custom-made or clearly personalized goods. However, MEDERE SRL will provide support for any issues relating to its products through its customer service department. Specifically, within 14 days of receiving the product, customers who encounter problems must send an email to support@medere.it , or you can contact MEDERE SRL at (+39) 3519143099. The email must clearly state the reason for the request for assistance, including clear photographic evidence of the problem, as well as the customer's personal information. MEDERE SRL will carry out the necessary investigations. If the checks are concluded positively, or it is confirmed that the problem is due to a manufacturing defect attributable to MEDERE SRL, we will resolve the issue by replacing the product or, if replacement is not possible, activating the refund procedure.

    For non-customized products, MEDERE SRL will provide support for any issues relating to its products through its customer service. Specifically, within 14 days of receiving the product, customers who encounter problems or wish to exercise their right of withdrawal must send an email to support@medere.it or contact MEDERE SRL at (+39) 3519143099. The email or message must clearly state the reason for the request for assistance, including clear photographic evidence of the problem, as well as the customer's personal information. MEDERE SRL will carry out the necessary investigations and resolve the issue encountered. In the event of a right of withdrawal, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the product, and MEDERE SRL will refund the payment made, including the purchase price and any standard delivery charges.

    Privacy

    We collect different personal data and process them in different ways depending on the purposes for which the data is collected.

    If you decide to purchase MEDERE products, we invite you to read the specific information for the processing of our customers' personal data.

    If you are simply a user of the website (medere.it) or the MEDERE APP, we invite you to read our Privacy Policy and related Cookie Policy as well as the General Conditions of Use of the website and the APP.

    Applicable law and dispute resolution

    The General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 on distance contracts and by Legislative Decree 9 April 2003 n. 70 on certain aspects concerning electronic commerce. In the event of disputes between MEDERE SRL and each end user, arising from the General Conditions of Sale, the competent court is that of Rome.

    Editing and updating

    The General Conditions of Sale are modified from time to time also in consideration of any regulatory changes. The new General Conditions of Sale will be effective from the date of publication on medere.it.
