Ownership of the processing and purpose of the document
Dear user, MEDERE srl with registered office in Via Monasterace n. 43 – 00118 (Rome), as the data controller, wishes to inform you of the purposes and methods of processing your personal data.
This information is provided pursuant to art. 13 of the European Regulation 2016/679, relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR) and the related applicable law on Italian territory.
Type of data processed and Purpose of processing
a) Browsing Data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the website “medere.it” and the APP “Medere” acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified, but by their very nature could, through processing and associations with data held by third parties, to identify users.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's computer environment.
This data, necessary for the use of the website, is used for the sole purpose of:

The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: except for this eventuality, at present the data on web contacts do not persist for more than seven days.
b) Data Provided Voluntarily by the User
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on the site, the possible compilation of forms prepared for requesting information and contact, registrations, purchase forms and/or relating to newsletters entail the subsequent acquisition of the sender's email address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message and in the forms based on the service requested.
Specific summary information will be reported or displayed on web pages dedicated to particular services on request.

This site uses cookies. By using our website, you agree to accept and consent to the use of cookies in accordance with the terms of use of cookies expressed in our Cookie Policy accessible from the footer of the site.
Nature and legal basis of the processing
Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data by sending e-mail to the addresses indicated on this site, by telephone contact or by filling in forms prepared for requesting information and contact, registration, purchase forms and/or relating to newsletters.
Failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain what is requested.

Method of treatment
Personal data are processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

It is specified that the communication of personal data to public or private entities will be carried out only if required by law or regulation or if it is necessary for the performance of institutional functions.
Data transfer
The management and storage of personal data will take place on servers, located within the European Union, of the Owner and/or third-party companies appointed and duly appointed as Data Processors. Currently the servers are located in Italy. The data is not currently transferred outside the European Union.
In any case, it is understood that the Owner, if necessary, will have the right to move the location of the servers, in Italy, within the European Union and/or in non-EU countries.
In this case, the Data Controller hereby ensures that the transfer of data outside the EU will take place in compliance with Articles 44 et seq. of the Regulation and the applicable legal provisions, stipulating, if necessary, agreements that guarantee an adequate level of protection.
Data retention period
We inform you that, with reference to the data processed by the Company, you may exercise at any time the rights set forth in articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR.
In particular:
(a) You have the possibility to obtain from the Data Controller confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning you, and in this case, access to the following information:

Categories of personal data processed,
Recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular if recipients are in third countries or international organisations;
The expected period for which the personal data will be stored, or, if this is not possible, the criteria used to determine that period;
Where the personal data are not collected from the data subject, any available information as to their source;
The existence of automated decision-making and, where applicable, meaningful information about the logic involved, as well as the significance and the envisaged consequences of such processing for the data subject;
The existence of appropriate safeguards pursuant to Article 46 relating to transfers to third countries or international organisations.
(b) In addition, you have the right to:
Obtain the updating, rectification or integration of your data, the cancellation, within the terms permitted by the law, or ask for them to be anonymized, the limitation of the processing, and you have the right to oppose, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning you;
Obtain the portability of electronically processed data, provided on the basis of consent or contract;
Revoke your consent, if applicable.
Requests relating to the exercise of the aforementioned rights must be addressed to the Data Controller with a written request, also via email, to the address: privacy@medere.it
We also remind you that if you believe that your rights have not been respected or that you have not received a response in accordance with the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority pursuant to art. 77 GDPR, or to appeal to the competent judicial authority pursuant to art. 79 GDPR.
